About this recipe

Absolutely nothing, I made this to try and see how the app itself works!

Ingredients

Plums1.5 kg
Water4 l
Honey1 item
Super Compound Yeast1 tsp
Black Tea1 cup

Method

Clean
Make sure to clean everything and sanitise. Continue to do so. I am not great at writing instructions.

Mash and boil the plums
I think I did this, this was about a year ago. I just wish I had an app that I could have used to track it. Paper would have worked, I guess.

Mix Ingredients
Mix the rest of the ingredients. Make sure it's at room temperature before adding the yeast or you will kill it.

Check the gravity
Check the gravity of the mix. add sugar if you want it stronger.

Leave to ferment.
Just leave it.

Check the gravity
If you are satisfied, then transfer to secondary.
60 days

Bottle the wine
Bottle it, then drink it or leave it.

Brewer's notes

The truth of the matter is, I made this around a year ago, and I don't really remember how. I added several other chemicals, such as bentonite and pectolase. The batch I made is still in secondary waiting to be bottled. I will hopefully try it this summer!
