Homebrew Recipes

Everything else fermenting — the brews that don't fit the usual categories.

Not every brew fits a neat box. This is home for the experiments and the in-betweens — ginger beer, fermented sodas, country drinks and whatever else our brewers are tinkering with. Browse the community's recipes below, each with full ingredients, method and ABV.

The fundamentals carry across

Sanitation, sugar, yeast and patience carry across almost any ferment. Whatever you're making, the rhythm is the same: prepare a clean, sugary base, pitch your yeast, then track it from pitch to bottle.
